Before you come.

What should I bring?

A towel to sit on in the sauna, a clean swimsuit, a water bottle, and sliders or sandals for the communal walkways. Bring a second towel for showering afterwards.

How long should I stay in the sauna?

Fifteen minutes a round is the sweet spot. A 45 minute session gives you time for three or four full cycles, each followed by three or four minutes in the cold. Listen to your body and go at your own pace.

When should I arrive?

Five minutes before your slot. That gives you time to check in, change and settle, so you get every minute of the session you paid for.

What is the age policy?

Sixteen and over. Anyone under eighteen needs an adult with them for the visit.

Can I cancel or move my booking?

Yes, from the link in your confirmation email. Moving is free right up until your session starts.

Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund, or between 24 and 7 hours ahead for store credit. Inside 7 hours we cannot refund it, but you can still move it.
