A towel to sit on in the sauna, a clean swimsuit, a water bottle, and sliders or sandals for the communal walkways. Bring a second towel for showering afterwards.

Fifteen minutes a round is the sweet spot. A 45 minute session gives you time for three or four full cycles, each followed by three or four minutes in the cold. Listen to your body and go at your own pace.

Five minutes before your slot. That gives you time to check in, change and settle, so you get every minute of the session you paid for.

Sixteen and over. Anyone under eighteen needs an adult with them for the visit.

Yes, and you can do all of it yourself from the link in your confirmation email.

Moving it is free and open right up until your session starts. Pick any other time on the calendar and your payment comes with you.

Cancel more than 24 hours before and you get the full amount back on the card you paid with.

Cancel between 24 and 7 hours before and the full amount comes back as store credit: a gift card, or session credits on your account where we can. Neither expires.

Inside the last 7 hours we cannot refund it, but you can still move it to another time. If something has gone wrong, ring us and we will do what we can.
